Platform Housing Group is seeking a Lead Engineer - Carpentry to join Platform Property Care in Worcestershire. You will deliver high‑quality carpentry repairs while coaching colleagues and supporting apprentices, with a focus on consistency and best practice across our teams.
The role is mobile within the Worcestershire area and requires a full driving licence and DBS clearance. You will work closely with Learning & Development to upskill colleagues and conduct trade quality audits.
