The Role Were looking for an experienced  SMART Repair Technician  to join a busy automotive team in Worcester. Youll be responsible for delivering high-quality SMART repairs, paintwork and minor body repairs, ensuring every vehicle meets a high standard of finish.
As a  SMART Repair Technician , your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out SMART repairs and cosmetic refinishing
Completing minor body repairs and paintwork
Panel preparation, including sanding, masking and priming
Colour matching using modern paint systems
Delivering manufacturer-standard paint finishes
Managing your mobile van, equipment and stock
Organising your own workload and working independently
Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail
About You Were looking for a  SMART Repair Technician  who takes pride in their work and can deliver consistently high-quality results.
Youll ideally have:
Previous SMART repair or bodyshop paint experience
Strong knowledge of modern automotive paint systems
Excellent colour-matching skills

Experience with sanding, masking, priming and refinishing
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
A professional approach and commitment to high standards
