Recharged Automotive is Worcester’s leading independent German vehicle specialist. We are a dynamic and fast-growing garage that’s quickly becoming the go-to for German vehicles.

We have recently moved to a brand new, fully refurbished 5,400sq-ft workshop that is light, bright, clean and offers a superb, modern working environment for our technicians complete with a separate break-out room.

We are interested in hearing from people who would like to join our exceptional team of technicians and work in a pro active, friendly and supportive workshop where technicians help and learn off one another to share knowledge and grow together.

Tooling
– Our job is to make your job easier. From genuine dealer diagnostic software (ODIS, ISTA & XENTRY), various diagnostic machines (Thinktool, Autel, Snap on) the latest PICO oscilloscope, special tools, access to manufacturer technical data, technical bulletins, ongoing DPF Doctor training, Diagnose Dan, Mechanic Mindset online education and testing information we have it all. And if we don’t have it, we’ll get it!

Equipment –You’ll have your own dedicated work laptop and 2 post ramp with ample workspace in a clean, modern workshop with insurance covering your toolbox and tools.

Training
– Offering world-class, ongoing training to keep you at the top of your game and to allow you to progress further within your career. Including a host of access anytime online videos via Diagnose Dan TSB, Mechanic Mindset and The DPF Doctor Network.

Pay

Working hours
– No working weekends, Christmas or New Year. So you have a chance to recharge (excuse the pun!) and spend time with your friends and families.

We are looking for a Technician who will take ownership of their role, and who will use their initiative, experience, and technical knowledge to ensure accurate first-time fixes with a high standard of service and repair workmanship. Being familiar with German brands such as VW/Audi Group, Mercedes & BMW vehicles would be hugely advantageous but is not essential.
