Electrician

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit several full time Electricians (40 hours per week), on a permanent basis, working across Cumbria, based from our Workington office.

The impact you will have as an Electrician:

As an experienced Electrician, you will be part of a professional and customer focused team and will have responsibility for providing an efficient and effective service to all our customers. You will be carrying out works that take place in peoples homes. This could be in a responsive repairs setting, in an Empty Homes setting or even in a Planned maintenance and upgrade setting.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the primary conduit for any electrical maintenance work in peoples homes. This could be EICR, remedial works, repairs, rewires and testing and inspection. We also ask all our tradespeople to have some level of multi-skill to provide a robust service to our customers on every visit.

We strive to have a first-time fix attitude, with keeping the ideal of everyone having a safe home.
