Butternut Box is seeking an experienced Product Development leader to own the Additional Products category across brands. You will shape the long-term roadmap, drive end-to-end development from concept to launch, and ensure products meet customer needs with strong briefs and documentation.
You will oversee food and non-food lines, manage a small team, collaborate with SLT, Marketing, Procurement, and Ops, and push faster, better pipelines while balancing quality and commercial viability.
