Operate back end production equipment, including spray machines, IBO ovens, neckers, palletizers, strappers, forklifts, and related machinery, while maintaining required quality and production standards;
Follow all safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements at all times;
Safely operate and monitor assigned equipment to maintain required production quality and output;
Make minor equipment adjustments to ensure standard production quantity and quality;
Complete assigned daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance (PMs), quality checks, and housekeeping tasks
