Excellent opportunity for a dynamic CRNA to join our highly trained surgical team providing Orthopedic, General Surgery, Endoscopy and OB services. 3 CRNAs – CRNA‑only practice model.

Responsible for performing general, regional, and monitored anesthesia services, including ultrasound‑guided blocks and epidurals. Full‑time schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off.

Annual salary range $281,144 - $306,637. $70,000 in recruitment incentives including sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance.
