Accounting Supervisor (Billing)

Night Shift

This position supervises billing personnel, reviews production and yield information for accounting reporting, and provides oversight of procurement and yards reporting processes.

Oversee daily processes of the Billing team, providing necessary training, guidance, and tools to ensure efficient operations.

Review the billing processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.

Analyze and work with production data and yield information to prepare and validate accounting and operational reports.

Review yield tickets and production reports for accuracy, investigating and resolving discrepancies between operational and accounting records.

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.

Support plant management and office personnel by coordinating office supply inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining adequate stock levels for daily operations.

Serve as the primary accounting and administrative point of contact for the plant during the night shift, providing support and guidance to operations management.

Provide support for accounting exports, yards and yields reporting issues as required.

Strong organizational and time-management skills

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in applicable field preferred.

Excellent computer skills required, including Excel.

Must be well-organized with good attention to detail.

Team management skills.

2-3 years of management and administration experience.

Great communication skills.

Display strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance.

Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbally).

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
Benefits:
Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Base annual salary range: $62,000 - $67,000

Incentive Pay:
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's quarterly bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
