Salary: $2,829 to $2,829 per month

The School Play Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school’s theatrical production, from planning and rehearsals to performance. This role provides students with a creative and educational experience while fostering teamwork, confidence, and a love of the performing arts.

• Plan and organize the school play production, including rehearsals and performances
• Direct student actors and manage stage crew and volunteers
• Guide students in acting, stage presence, and character development
• Collaborate with staff, teachers, and parents to coordinate costumes, sets, and props
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all participants
• Communicate schedules, expectations, and performance details to students and families

• Experience in theater production, directing, or stage management preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with middle or high school students
• Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for theater arts

• Season: Fall
• Schedule: After school, evenings, and occasional weekends

• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
