Elementary School Principal Prek-8

St. Mary’s Catholic School in Worthington, Minnesota, is seeking applicants for the principal position for the  school year, with a prospective start date of July 1, 2026.

Successful candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Practicing Roman Catholic in full communion with the Church with a strong commitment to and working knowledge of the Catholic faith.
• Master’s Degree in Education.
• Minimum of five years of teaching experience at the elementary level, with experience in a Catholic school strongly preferred.
• Possession of or eligibility for a state-issued administrative license/certificate is preferred.
• High level of interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and administrative skills with the ability to implement policies, directives, and initiatives.
• Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to work with numerous stakeholders both within and outside the school organization.
