You'll honor and respond to each family's unique culture, language, values, and family structure while supporting their safety, health, financial stability, life goals, and aspirations. You'll empower parents in their role as their child's first and lifelong teacher and connect families with valuable community resources that support children's learning, development, and family success.
This position also includes riding the Head Start bus to and from the center, assisting the bus driver, and ensuring all transportation guidelines are followed to help provide a safe and positive experience for every child.

Educational RequirementsChild Development Associate (CDA) credentials or willingness to obtain credentials, minimum.

Starting hourly rate $19.31 based on skill, education and experience.
