Overview
Worthington Bank is hiring a Relationship Manager at our Worthington, MN branch. This full-time position operates Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products and act as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Analyze loan requests to ensure clients meet lending guidelines and provide a fair rate of return while minimizing risk to the Bank.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, evaluate income adequacy and collateral sufficiency.
- Prepare presentations for the loan committee.
Base Compensation Range: $63,000 - $90,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive incentive program based on individual and company performance.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED (Required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in successful loan portfolio management or related credit or finance discipline.
- Thorough understanding of accounting practices and the ability to read financial statements and interpret financial measures such as cash flow and other ratios.
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
