Overview

Worthington Bank is hiring a Relationship Manager at our Worthington, MN branch. This full-time position operates Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs.
  • Cross-sell relevant banking products and act as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Analyze loan requests to ensure clients meet lending guidelines and provide a fair rate of return while minimizing risk to the Bank.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, evaluate income adequacy and collateral sufficiency.
  • Prepare presentations for the loan committee.

Base Compensation Range: $63,000 - $90,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive incentive program based on individual and company performance.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (Required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in successful loan portfolio management or related credit or finance discipline.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting practices and the ability to read financial statements and interpret financial measures such as cash flow and other ratios.
  • Ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
