Position: CNA — Worthington — Local — Up to $32/hr

Certified Nursing Assistant

Position for an 8-week assignment in Worthington, Minnesota. The role offers competitive pay up to $32 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
Monitor patient conditions, document vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain a clean and safe environment in line with facility policies.
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery and patient comfort.
Adhere to facility protocols, including wearing scrubs and solid shoes, and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of a State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
Valid CNA certification in Minnesota.
CPR certification.
HIPAA compliance training.
Minimum of 1 year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting.
Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes; no Crocs.
Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks.
Excellent communication skills.
