Position: CNA — Worthington — Local — Up to $32/hr

Certified Nursing Assistant

Position for an 8-week assignment in Worthington, Minnesota. The role offers competitive pay up to $32 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitor patient conditions, document vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in line with facility policies.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery and patient comfort.
  • Adhere to facility protocols, including wearing scrubs and solid shoes, and following safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of a State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
  • Valid CNA certification in Minnesota.
  • CPR certification.
  • HIPAA compliance training.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes; no Crocs.
  • Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
