Position: CNA — Worthington — Local — Up to $32/hr

Certified Nursing Assistant

Certified Nursing Assistant role in Worthington, Minnesota for an 8-week assignment. Provides direct patient care in a long-term care setting, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, assisting with bathing, grooming, and mobility

Monitor patient conditions, document vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team

Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with facility policies

Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery and patient comfort

Adhere to facility protocols, including wearing scrubs and solid shoes, and following safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program
Valid CNA certification in Minnesota, CPR certification, and HIPAA compliance training
Minimum one year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting
Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes; physical capability to perform caregiving tasks
Excellent communication skills
