CNA Position in Worthington, Minnesota

CNA position in Worthington, Minnesota for an 8-week assignment. The role involves providing direct patient care and assisting with activities of daily living while ensuring compliance with facility protocols. The assignment offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient care by bathing, grooming, and mobility support
  • Monitor patient conditions, document vital signs, and report changes
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment per facility policies
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery
  • Adhere to facility protocols, including wearing scrubs and solid shoes
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program
  • Valid Minnesota CNA certification, CPR certification, and HIPAA compliance training
  • Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting
  • Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes; physical ability to perform caregiving tasks; excellent communication skills
