Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
Monitor patient conditions, document vital signs, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain a clean and safe environment consistent with facility policies.
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery and patient comfort.
Adhere to all facility protocols, including wearing scrubs and solid shoes, and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program
Valid Minnesota CNA certification
CPR certification
HIPAA compliance training
Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in long-term care
Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes; no Crocs
Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks
Excellent communication skills
