A division of the Euro Auctions Group, Yoder and Frey have been conducting auctions of construction equipment, trucks, trailers, and agricultural machinery since 1964 with sites based in Florida, Ohio, Texas, and Georgia.
The Office Manager oversees daily operations across four office locations, ensuring efficient support and coordination with headquarters. This role includes managing resources, handling reporting, and maintaining alignment with company policies, requiring strong organization and multitasking skills.

The Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of office management experience.
- Customer-driven with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Highly commercial, organized, and adaptable with the ability to manage their own workload.
- Previous experience with lien checks and titles.
- Motivated and deadline-driven with keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
- Reliable with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Previous experience in the auction industry is an advantage.
Please note - the successful candidate will need to travel to headquarters for training.
