Corporate Development Manager

• Support and lead M&A initiatives, including target identification, due diligence, and integration planning
• Build detailed financial models, valuations, and business cases
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning initiatives
• Evaluate partnerships, investments, and new business opportunities
• Assist with deal execution, including negotiations and stakeholder coordination
• Develop presentations and materials for senior leadership and investors

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategy
• Strong financial modeling and valuation experience
• Experience supporting or leading M&A transactions
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and executive presence
