gpac is hiring a Commercial Estimator in Worthington, Ohio to prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects. You will work with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients to develop detailed bids aligned with budget, scope, and schedule.
The role requires 2+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction, the ability to read multiple drawing disciplines, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Plan Swift, On-Screen Takeoff, or Sage Estimating.
