Who Are We?

Harmony Wealth Advisors is a Worthington‑based, independent investment and wealth management practice providing fiduciary, fee‑based active management and advisory services to clients throughout the United States. Our team brings more than six decades of collective financial advisory experience and is supported by relationships with leading global investment firms.

We have an immediate opening for a Part‑Time Client Services Associate — a key role in our growing practice dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience to our rapidly expanding client base.

The Role

Working under the direct supervision of the Partners, the Client Services Associate is the face of our firm to existing clients. You will own the day‑to‑day service touchpoints that strengthen client relationships and keep our office running smoothly. This is not a back‑office role — it is a high‑visibility, client‑facing position requiring professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for service.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with a positive, upbeat attitude who is a strong team player and genuinely understands the importance of exceptional client service. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, are highly organized, and take pride in delivering a world‑class experience to every client, every time.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Client Service & Relationship Support
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses
    • Own the client recognition process: birthday cards, anniversary cards, and milestone communications
    • Coordinate client review meetings by scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and executing pre‑ and post‑meeting processes
    • Send new client welcome letters and other ongoing client communications
    • Assist the Partners with documentation requirements for new accounts and account transfers
    • Maintain and update client files, electronic records, and CRM (Client Relationship Management) data
  • Office Administration
    • Maintain office supply inventory and restock as needed
    • Communicate with building management for maintenance and facility requests
  • Events & Marketing Support
    • Compile guest lists and send invitations for client events
    • Coordinate with venues for reservations and event logistics
    • Assist with social media postings, including monthly campaigns, holiday posts, and blog content
    • Maintain marketing material library and liaise with vendors on ordering and cost estimates
  • Core Competencies
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
    • Effective communicator — able to explain information clearly and professionally
    • Excellent time management; comfortable handling multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
    • Self‑directed with the ability to research and analyze information independently
Compensation

$20 – $25 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Requirements
  • Experience in client facing roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with common design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite
  • Client‑first attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
