This position ensures safety practices are prioritized and communicated effectively. It also ensures that finished goods received by customers are in good condition, free of defects, and properly packaged.

• Communicate customer-reported quality concerns to Stoneridge plant through the Quality Engineer
• Review NCPs generated since last visit to the Chillicothe plant with the customer
• Control rejected materials to prevent customer complaints or rejected items at the customer facility
• Maintain testing equipment in good condition for product testing
• Report quality concerns to the Stoneridge Quality Engineer for support
• Perform containment activities at the site as needed
• Create detailed reports on quality issues detected at the site
• Inspect, analyze, and repair rejected units at the customer facility, if applicable
• Ensure proper execution of Process Deviations at customer facilities and verify product handling conditions

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or at least 5 years of experience as a Quality or Electronic Technician
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, control, supplier quality, or as a liaison within automotive or commercial vehicle manufacturing
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (5-Why, Fishbone Diagram)
• Basic understanding of factory processes, preferably in automotive
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience working with diverse personnel backgrounds
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
