We are Ohio Center for Adolescent Wellness (OHCAW), located in Worthington
, which offers comprehensive PHP and IOP mental health treatment primarily through therapeutic groups, for adolescents aged 13 to 17 years old
. There is an emphasis on helping our clients make lasting changes in their lives through the mutual aid of therapeutic groups and developing and implementing DBT and CBT skills
. Family involvement and care coordination are also at the forefront of our treatment model. We work with clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Evidence-based modalities are combined with holistic methods to provide the best care.

We are seeking a Master-level/Licensed, OR Licensed eligible Clinician, FT Therapist to join our team! Supervision to be provided for new clinicians or clinicians seeking licensure.

• Schedule is 8:00A-4:30P and 11:00A-7:30p / required to work at least 2 evenings as needed
• In the summer and school vacations, all programming occurs during daytime hours
• NO weekends or on call

• Candidates with clinical skill, ability to assess risk, energy and passion for working with youth
• Strong communication, organizational skills, flexibility, and creativity
• Experience with providing mental health services to adolescents ages 13 – 17
• Experience working in higher levels of care preferred

Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field (required)
