Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

• Define and lead the company's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term vision.
• Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.
• Build and manage high-performing engineering, infrastructure, and product development teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for technology-driven growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and technology investments to maximize ROI.
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

• 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including experience as a CTO or VP of Engineering.
• Proven success in scaling technology platforms and leading cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in startup, mid‑size, or enterprise environments preferred.
