Must be an Ohio Resident. Hybrid work may be required with occasional reporting to an Ohio AGO Office location. Interviews will be conducted via MS-Teams.

We are seeking a contractor for staff augmentation for an IT Consultant 3 (or related position) to complete Project Management work. The role will be assigned to the Collections Enforcement Section to oversee the multi-phase data migration and data analysis of the current legacy system used in debt collection at the Ohio Attorney General’s office.

Qualifications/Required Skills

Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager.

Ability to work independently or within a team project setting.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency with tools and techniques, requirements analysis, and documentation.

Strong data analysis skills coupled with excellent project management abilities.

Ability to track, forecast, and lead a team of developers, business analysts, and quality assurance resources.

Experience in providing detailed reports, dashboards, timelines, and project updates to senior leadership.

Participation in application design meetings and facilitation of system functionality demonstrations (show-and-tell).

Prior experience with large-scale projects involving financial applications, business process improvement, and business transformation.

Experience with data migration and data analysis from legacy to new systems.

Thorough knowledge and understanding of agile methodology.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Debt Collection terminology and processes.
