This role is for a proven leader who understands how to drive performance, coach producers, and build a culture of accountability. You will not be managing from behind a desk. You will be in the field, in the numbers, and in the development of your team.

• Recruiting and hiring high-potential sales representatives.
• Training and onboarding new team members.
• Coaching reps in the field to improve closing rates and production.

• Prior sales leadership experience preferred.
