Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Director to oversee operations for our commercial cleaning services while serving as the primary account manager within the region. This leader will be responsible for operational excellence, client retention, and driving consistent service quality across multiple accounts. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands service-based operations, and knows how to build strong client relationships while holding teams accountable.
Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day field operations across a growing portfolio of commercial accounts
• Ensure service delivery meets company standards, contracted scopes of work, and client expectations
• Serve as liaison between commercial accounts and service providers
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
• Address and resolve service concerns quickly and effectively
• Monitor KPIs including retention, service quality, and margins
• Identify upsell and contract expansion opportunities
Qualifications/Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or service-based operations
• Proven experience managing client relationships and retaining accounts
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with software programs (Sales Force, Microsoft Office)
• Results-driven and highly organized
• Hands-on leader who leads from the front
• Strong problem solver under pressure
• Accountable and metrics-focused
• Professional and confident when interacting with executive-level clients

Compensation Package
Base Salary ($60,000 - $75,000 annually)
Performance Bonus Opportunities
Car Allowance ($500/month plus fuel card)
