Eaton's ES AMER ESS division seeks a Lead Construction Manager to oversee field execution of commissioning projects across the United States. You will standardize methodologies, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with NAS PMO, Sales Engineers, and TAS teams to align client expectations with commitments.
The role requires extensive on-site work, 100% travel to active project sites, and leadership of CM/PM onboarding and coaching.
