CHD is seeking an LPN to work 32 hours with flexible hours Monday-Friday, with Friday being one of the days required, at our Griswold Center in Palmer, MA. The on-site position involves triage, medication refill requests, lab review, prior authorizations, and collaboration with the client's care team and CHD programs.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Nursing and an active LPN license; two years of psychiatric experience is preferred. Valid driver’s license required.
