We are seeking a Store Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will supervise and direct staff, ensure customer satisfaction and product quality, and manage safety and security within the store.

Responsibilities
  • Make quality tactical decisions regarding the day-to-day running of the store operation.
  • Focus managerial attention on staffing needs, training store employees, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all store team members are properly trained, supervised, coached, and evaluated.
  • Open to and supportive of new ideas and process improvement of systems and procedures.
  • Effectively oversee collections to ensure proper processing and separation of incoming donations, outlet merchandise, salvage goods if applicable, and waste.
  • Ensure timely ordering of supplies and that production goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Ensure maximum sales performance through proper stock rotation, display, signage, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds budgeted sales goals.
  • Act as a servant leader and a positive role model to store team members and demonstrate ability to positively mentor, train, and assist other managers where needed.
  • Develop proficiency in understanding financial reports.
  • Ensure effective and efficient store budgeting, including maintaining position control, achieving processing goals, generating revenue, and controlling expenses.
  • Ensure proper handling of cash through enforcement of cash register procedures and accurate and timely submission of proper reports.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or high school degree/GED with three years management experience in a related field.
  • Experience in profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability.
  • Acceptable criminal background check.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of personal vehicle insurance.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, money-handling, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
