Retail & Store Manager
What You’ll Do
- Support store operations including inventory and shift leadership
- Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
- Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready
- Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team
- Walk, stand, squat, lift, carry, and reach as required; work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience – 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service
- Leadership – A team‑first mindset with strong communication skills
- Operations – Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems
- Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
- Serve Safe certification – Required or willingness to obtain
