Position: Duchess Shift Supervisor -1270 Sancus

What You’ll Do

  • Support store operations including inventory and shift leadership
  • Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
  • Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready
  • Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team
  • Walk, stand, squat, lift, carry, and reach as required; work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors
What We’re Looking For
  • Education – High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience – 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service
  • Leadership – A team‑first mindset with strong communication skills
  • Operations – Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems
  • Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Serve Safe certification – Required or willingness to obtain
  • Customer focus – Commitment to creating a welcoming experience for every guest
