Spot On Roofing is hiring motivated Sales Development Representatives to help drive new business and fuel our growing sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, energetic, and looking to break into or grow within a performance-driven sales environment. As an SDR, you will be the front line of our revenue engine.

What You Will Do- Prospect homeowners through outbound calls, door outreach, and follow-ups.
- Generate qualified appointments for senior sales representatives.
- Track outreach activity and maintain pipeline organization.
- Develop communication and objection-handling skills.
- Work closely with closers and leadership to improve performance.
- Strong communication skills.
- High energy and competitive mindset.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and rejection.
- Coachable and performance-driven.
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up.
Sales experience is a plus but not required. We provide structured training and ongoing coaching to help you improve quickly.
Compensation- Base plus performance incentives or commission structure.
