As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. The Trinity Real Estate Group is looking for an organized, detail- oriented individual whose problem-solving abilities, strong customer service and personal accountability skills are a must.
The individuals we select will be team players and have good time management.
- Conduct routine inspections of residential units and common areas to identify and communicate maintenance needs.
- Assist with pre-move-in and move-out inspections.
- Perform interior and exterior property repairs and complete preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
- Assist with unit turns as needed.
- Address tenant requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities by utilizing property management software to record notes and track job time.
- Maintaining organized records of supply purchases and property maintenance expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards.
- Always maintaining integrity and honesty.
- Being respectful of tenants and owners’ property at all times.
- Maintain an organized and reliable vehicle and tools.
- Participate in on-call rotations for emergency maintenance issues.
- Same day travel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills:
- Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems, but not required.
- Experience with property management software.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Basic carpentry skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
