Field Service Technician

Salary: $20-$25/hour (Negotiable, depending on experience) plus benefits

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and repairing high-volume office printers and industrial copiers. Your work will ensure that our customers experience seamless functionality and support for their document management needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair technical issues in office printers, copiers, and related equipment at client locations and in-house.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and equipment advancements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electronics, mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in printer/copier repair or a similar technical role is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Greater Columbus Area to service client locations.
