JB Roofing, a Tecta America Company is currently searching for a commercial roofing foreman at our Worthington, OH location.

• Attends training meetings per management’s request.
• Performs job set‑up and oversees small jobs.
• Communicates with customers and maintains good working relationships when required.
• Possesses a working knowledge of detailed drawings and specifications.
• Understands warranty terms and requirements to install warranty work.
• Acquires knowledge of basics in associated sheet metal, including measurements and installation (drip edge, gravel stop, coping, counter flashings, terminations).
• Completes all jobs and prepares for inspection.
• Communicates with the Project Manager concerning needs to expand scope, enhance, or modify design changes.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background check. Must not fear heights and must be able to position an extension ladder for roof inspection or survey.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks daily through completion with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner, promoting the organization in a positive and productive discipline.
• Other critical skills include planning and organizing; problem identification/resolution, multi‑tasking, follow‑through skills to bring tasks to closure in a timely manner, and a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks.
