Commercial Roofing Service Tech

JB Roofing, a Tecta America Company is currently searching for a commercial roofing service tech I at our Worthington, OH location

You will be the service crew’s leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems: EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• A valid driver's license
• Bilingual a plus! English and Spanish
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
