Commercial Roofing Service Technician II

You will be working outdoors on a flat roof under the guidance of a Service Foreman. Job tasks include climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and using various roofing techniques and tools. On‑site training is provided, and there is room for advancement once fundamentals are mastered.

• Work outdoors on a flat roof with the Service Foreman.
• Perform roofing tasks in accordance with project specifications and safety guidelines.
• Climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift materials as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable working at heights and in extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.

• Experience with roof systems such as BUR, modified bitumen, TPO, PVC.
• Prior roofing or construction experience (commercial or residential) is advantageous.

• Starting pay rate of  24+/hr.
