You will be the service crew’s leader and responsible for investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built‑up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low‑slope metal. You will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork and attending meetings; assist in training of crew members as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual a plus:
  English and Spanish.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co‑workers.
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
• Technology savvy.
