Overview

The Laurels of Worthington invites you to join our Activities team. We seek a good communicator with a fun-loving attitude who enjoys planning events and enriching activities for guests.

As an Activities Assistant you will coordinate field trips, games, crafts and holiday celebrations, supporting the Director of Activities in implementing the program.

• Implement activity programs that meet the functional levels, needs and interests of each guest.
• Assist guests to and from activity programs and outings as scheduled.
• Maintain positive rapport with guest families and encourage family support in programs.
• Complete attendance records for individual and group activities in a timely manner.
• Support guests in meeting individual needs, preferences, routines and choices.

• High school diploma required.
