• Write, edit, and publish a high volume of news and culture content daily
• Collaborate with editorial, audio, and social teams for cohesive coverage
• Identify and elevate emerging stories relevant to Black audiences
• Publish and promote content across various social media platforms
• Apply SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability

• 1–3 years of experience in digital journalism, web producing, or content creation
• Proven experience writing and editing online content
• Familiarity with CMS publishing tools and basic image editing software
• Working knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field preferred

• Strong understanding of multimedia journalism across web, audio, and social platforms
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills for managing multiple priorities
• Experience in real-time news coverage and adaptability during breaking news events
