We are seeking a Managing General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care while leading daily clinic operations, mentoring staff, and helping advance oral health services in one of Alaska's most vibrant communities.

Compensation and Benefits Salary: $203,000 -$254,000 based on years of experience, with dental residency premium stipend of $12,000 and a $20,000 leadership stipend.

Financial incentives: $35,000 Geo-differential Stipend, $35,000 Sign-On Bonus and $25,000 Relocation Assistance with a three-year commitment.

Four day work week with no call responsibilities offering a great work-life balance.

Generous Time Off: 33 days (264 hours) annually and 10 (80 hours) additional days of Continuing Education.

Practice Details Clinic:
Featuring four closed operatories, 2:1 Dental Assistant Support, and plumbed nitrous oxide. Working alongside one hygienist and DHAT.Patient Volume: 12–18 patients per day. All clinic operatories have up-to-date A-Dec equipment, digital radiography, and electronic health records. Including Dentrix Enterprise Software and Dexis Radiography.

Procedure opportunities:
Full spectrum of treatment options, from minimally invasive dentistry to traditional restorative dentistry, and full mouth dental rehab cases in the OR.Visiting Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics specialists provide additional collaboration opportunities throughout the year Leadership Responsibilities:

Provides overall administrative and clinical leadership for one or more SEARHC Dental clinics. Serves as the senior dental professional for the clinic, with responsibilities for the assessment, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of direct and contract resources for dental services.
