• Salary: $76,463 to $164,301 per year
• Pay scale: GS 12 – 15
• Locations:
  Multiple Air Force bases and installations – see attached list for details.

• Provide computer system management support.
• Coordinate planning and implementation of hardware and software upgrades, enforce security procedures, oversee user accounts, and ensure smooth data flow.
• Test and determine performance and applicability of data processing equipment and techniques; prepare written reports on findings.

BASIC REQUIREMENT OR INDIVIDUAL OCCUPATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

• A. Degree:
  Professional Engineering. Curriculum must be in a school of engineering accredited by ABET or meet detailed engineering science requirements.
• B. Combination of education and experience. Must demonstrate professional engineering knowledge and practical experience; can be proven by professional registration, passing the Engineer‑in‑Training exam, or completing required academic courses.

SPECIALIZED

EXPERIENCE:

• GS‑12:
  One year specialized experience at the GS‑11 level.
• GS‑13:
  One year specialized experience at the GS‑12 level.
• GS‑14:
  One year specialized experience at the GS‑13 level.
• GS‑15:
  One year specialized experience at the GS‑14 level.

KNOWLEDGE,

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

(KSAs):

• U.S. Citizenship required; males must register for Selective Service.
• Position may require occasional travel and official duties outside normal hours.
• Security clearance may be required.
