Certified Nursing Assistant - Acute Care

Provide essential bedside care for patients in a hospital setting known for its collaborative culture and commitment to patient safety. Assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support nursing staff in acute care units. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate from an accredited program, and a current, unrestricted CNA license in Alaska or eligibility to obtain one within 6 months.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 3 months of hire. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is valued. One year of prior CNA experience is preferred, and strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills are important for this role.
