• Set up host/cashier station for the shift
• Take reservations, plot seating assignments, acknowledge, greet, and seat all guests in an timely fashion
• Close tickets and tender change as needed
• Tender credit cards and room charges
• Close and balance assigned till, account for food served and monies collected for the shift, properly prepare and submit paperwork for night audit
• Balance and return bank and any required paperwork (deposits, negative drops, change requests etc.) to accounting
• Acknowledge and understand daily menu changes
• Take to‑go orders
• Keep work areas neat and clean throughout the shift
• Ensure excellent guest service for all guests
• Perform side work duties
• Other job duties as assigned and in accordance with business needs

$16.00 Per Hour

32-40 Hours

Housing Rate: $70 / Week / Person

Dorm‑Style Housing:
Employees share housing with a roommate and communal spaces with other team members. Shared bedrooms with 1‑3 others, communal cooking, leisure, and gender‑separated shower/restroom facilities, accommodating up to 54 employees in‑shared spaces. Apartment‑Style Housing:
This option includes 2 bedrooms (2‑4 residents), a kitchen, bathroom (4‑8 residents), and television. Employees may share a bedroom with a roommate and the common areas with 4‑8 other staff members.
