In this ER nursing position, you’ll own critical responsibilities from patient triage and initial assessment to advanced hemodynamic monitoring and rapid stabilization. You’ll facilitate airway management, administer medications, perform venous access, interpret EKGs, coordinate labs and imaging, and participate in timely, evidence-based treatment plans. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless care transitions, discharge planning, and patient and family education.
