Job Description
Wrentham Public Schools is looking for a dynamic and student-centered leader to be the assistant principal. The assistant principal will work in both the Delaney School, which has 610 students in grades pre‑k through 3, and the Roderick School, which has 390 students in grades 4 through 6. The assistant principal works closely with principals, teachers, and support staff to manage daily operations of the district.
The assistant principal helps principals supervise and evaluate personnel; responds to inappropriate student behaviors; collaborates with teachers to analyze student performance data and implement differentiated interventions; communicates frequently with students’ families and the community about the vision and mission of the district; and fosters a culture of success that is positive, collaborative, orderly, and safe. This is a 12‑month position with paid vacation days, holidays, and personal days.

Position Type: Full‑time
Job Requirements- The assistant principal will also:
- work with the technology department and bus company to organize bus routes, share transportation information with families and address all bus concerns and student behavior issues
- manage 504 plans for students across the district
- organize and oversee the WPS Summer Institute Program
- create master special subjects schedule for the district
