Job Description
Best You Med Spa is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our established aesthetic practice in Wrentham, Massachusetts.

This is not a startup position and it is not a role where you'll be expected to build a practice completely on your own. Best You Med Spa has spent years building a loyal patient base, a strong reputation, an experienced clinical team, and a culture centered around delivering outstanding results and an exceptional patient experience.

As an Aesthetic Injector at Best You Med Spa, you will:

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer neuromodulators including Botox and similar products
• Perform dermal filler treatments
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and long-term aesthetic planning
• Build lasting relationships with patients through trust, education, and consistently excellent care
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation
• Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and Massachusetts regulatory requirements
• Participate in continued clinical education and provider training
  
  Collaborate with fellow injectors and the broader Best You team
• Maintain a natural, patient-centered approach to aesthetic medicine
• Help create the exceptional patient experience Best You Med Spa is known for

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

• A currently licensed Massachusetts RN, NP/APRN, or PA-C
• Passionate about medical aesthetics
• Professional, polished, warm, and approachable
• Highly attentive to detail
• Comfortable educating and communicating with patients
• Motivated without being overly sales-driven
• Coachable and committed to continued learning
• Team-oriented and supportive of fellow providers
• Reliable, organized, and clinically responsible
• Interested in building a long-term career rather than simply picking up occasional injecting shifts
• Comfortable with social media marketing

Previous aesthetic injection experience is required. Exceptional candidates with a strong clinical background and demonstrated commitment to aesthetic medicine may also be considered.

Estimated annual earnings: $130,000–$200,000+. Compensation is designed to reward both clinical excellence and growth. Actual earnings will depend on experience, schedule, patient volume, and individual production.
