CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Wrentham, MA. We’re seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers who can provide quality in-home support and are available for long-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Your Role
Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
