TLC Janitorial, a family-owned professional cleaning company, is seeking a Part-Time Cleaner to maintain the highest quality of cleaning in various facilities. This position offers flexible evening hours and involves reporting to the office in Wrentham, MA.

• Maintain the highest quality of cleaning in offices, restrooms, kitchens, warehouses, hallways, medical offices, and industrial facilities.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Report any issues noticed during shifts.
• Train current and new employees in proper cleaning methods.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including varying shifts and weekends.
• 3+ years of cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience with floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing) is a plus.
• Knowledge of carpet care (extracting, shampooing) preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle check.
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and able to pass a background check.
• Proficient in English for effective communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
