Electronics Manufacturing Technician (SMT / PCB Assembly)

Wrentham, MA Pay: $25/hr+ (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Technician (SMT / PCB Assembly) to support high-reliability production in a quality-driven manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and support Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production equipment
- Set up, run, and maintain:
- Pick-and-place machines
- SMT screen printers
- Reflow ovens
- 3D AOI systems
- X-ray inspection equipment
- Perform inspection and quality verification of PCB assemblies
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Support continuous improvement and production efficiency
- SMT programming experience is highly valued
- 3–5+ years of SMT manufacturing experience
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes
- Experience with 3D AOI and X-ray inspection
- Ability to read work instructions, schematics, and documentation
- Experience in regulated or high-reliability environments (medical, defense, aerospace) is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
