Electronics Manufacturing Technician (SMT / PCB Assembly)

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Technician (SMT / PCB Assembly) to support high-reliability production in a quality-driven manufacturing environment.

• Operate and support Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production equipment
• Set up, run, and maintain:
  • Pick-and-place machines
  • SMT screen printers
  • Reflow ovens
  • 3D AOI systems
  • X-ray inspection equipment
• Perform inspection and quality verification of PCB assemblies
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• Support continuous improvement and production efficiency
• SMT programming experience is highly valued

• 3–5+ years of SMT manufacturing experience
• Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes
• Experience with 3D AOI and X-ray inspection
• Ability to read work instructions, schematics, and documentation
• Experience in regulated or high-reliability environments (medical, defense, aerospace) is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
