The incumbent assists the Store Manager with all aspects of day‑to‑day store operations, including sales, customer service, recruiting, training, profits, and maintaining store standards. In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, the Sales Supervisor supervises and manages all store personnel, implements and enforces company policies, procedures, and corporate directives, and establishes control‑related standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities- Ensure store sales goals are met while achieving individual sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and wardrobe consulting.
- Set a customer engagement example that exceeds industry standards.
- Build client relationships and drive store sales through outreach.
- Train, coach, develop, and motivate associates to achieve maximum sales productivity.
- Lead the store team and serve as an expert on company culture, operations, and policies.
- Manage payroll and ensure payroll goals are met within guidelines.
- Execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing and ensure completion within deadlines.
- Communicate with Store Manager regarding employee relations, day‑to‑day operations, compliance matters, and personal skill development goals.
- Represent the brand and ensure team members embody the brand in all interactions.
- Enforce loss prevention policies and assist with financial/sales audits and inventories.
- Strong leadership ability.

- Accurate and efficient operation of cash register and adherence to cash handling procedures.
- High level of initiative and self‑starter.
- 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Repetitive hand motion while operating cash register or computer.
- Regular interaction with the public in a crowded, noisy store environment.
- Standing required for entire shift.
- Operate office equipment such as computers, phone, fax, scanner, and copier.
- Work weekend and night shifts.
- Climb ladders as needed.
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds.
